I approach my clients with focused compassion with the goal of leading them to a profound understanding of themselves in order to be more able to connect with others and live their lives more fully. I see therapy as an invitation to partner with people to discover paths to greater health and well-being. I am here to notice who you are and how you got here. It is my experience that we can heal from the emotional pain that hinders our lives and relationships, and find more freedom and joy through the meaning-making process of therapy.
My experience in community mental health clinics and private practice settings has focused on anxiety, depression, eating disorders, relationship difficulties, and negative personal patterns. I graduated with summa cum laude honors for my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Vanguard University in 2017 and graduated first in my class with a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology in 2020 at Vanguard University.
